Somewhere

Somewhere, there is a mom who has a child with Autism.

This mom could be your cousin or niece, a neighbor, lady at church or in front of you at the grocery store. You might run in to her at a soccer game or at a new mom's play group in the neighborhood...

I have read many articles and seen many TV specials on Autism, the hardships of many are heart breaking, thank you for sharing.

Thank you for the tenderness of this post.

This child would be my 3 year-old nephew.

Great post. I had to reach out to my sister and help her along her journey which is really just starting with my three (almost4) year old nephew. Thanks for your words they touched my heart.

Cool take on the prompt. And fantastic advice, too. Sometimes, it seems like such a difficult, delicate subject to broach...

Thanks for this beautiful post. All too often we are told how handicapped children are a burden etc. This puts handicaps - all of them - in a different perspective. A real encouragement.

The more information we have the less judgemental people will be, what a great way you are spreading the word on a subject not many of us understand. Thank you.

Nice uplifting post. More often I am making an autism connection than I did when first diagnosis ten plus years ago.

It is nice to have mentors along the way to help guide the newbies.
